Vocalist Corrine Byrne, violist Ralph Ferris, and pianist Donald Berman, the Divergent Trio of The Longy School of Music’s Divergent Studio, have commissioned and will premiere Alexandra du Bois’ new trio, 'titled spun to color, mineral made light’ (2027) after the poem 'The Glass Age' by poet Anna Maria Hong.
