WORLD PREMIERE of du Bois’ fourth string quartet will be presented by Apollo Chamber Players in Houston, Texas on 3 April 2016. The quartet, Alexandra du Bois’ fourth string quartet, was commissioned by the Apollo Chamber Players in 2015 and will, at its heart, explore folk songs from Croatia and the rest of the former Republic of Yugoslavia.
