SUMMARY:Manhattan's Duplexity Project to Perform du Bois' "Interstices of Aurorae"
DESCRIPTION:Interstices of Aurorae (2010) for clarinet and 'cello was commissioned by Azure Ensemble and was written while in-residence at the Harrison House Artist Residency in Joshua Tree\, California (and dedicated to Eva Soltes). A special arrangement of the work for Duplexity founder and violinist Elissa Cassini for violin and 'cello will be premiered by Cassini and cellist Ashley Bathgate (of Bang on a Can) on 21 May 2015.
